Grilled asparagus with lemon dip
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Olive oil
- 1 lb Asparagus
Instructions:
ends broken off Salt and freshly ground -pepper LEMON DIP: 1/4 c Mayonnaise 1 ts Grated lemon rind 2 tb Lemon juice Freshly ground pepper Preheat grill to high. Brush oil on asparagus. Place across grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper. To make lemon dip combine ingredients. Season to taste. Eat with fingers.
