Fried rice with peppery curry
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 tb Vegetable oil
- 2 tb Onions chopped
- 1 tb Garlic chopped
- 1/2 c Green beans chopped
- 2 tb Peppery curry paste see -- recipe
- 5 c Cooked long-grain rice
- 2 tb Soy sauce MMMMM--------------------------GARNISH-------------------------------
- 1 tb Cilantro leaves chopepd
- 1/2 c Cucumber sliced
- 3 ea Green onions
Instructions:
sliced Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion & stir-fry for 3 minutes then add the garlic & continue to stir-fry for a few minutes until both are golden. Add the beans & curry paste & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the rice & soy sauce & stir-fry until hot through be careful not to overcook. Serve with the garnishes.
