French-style peas
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 Leaves Lettuce
- 1 tb Butter
- 18 oz Peas -- Frozen
- 1/2 ts Salt And Pepper
- 1/4 ts Sugar
- 1/8 ts Pepper
Instructions:
In large skillet with tight-fitting lid melt 1 tbsp. butter Spread 2 or 3 lettuce leaves in skillet. Add 18 oz. peas. Dot with 3 Tbsp. butter sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. sugar and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Cook over low heat 30 min. til tender. Recipe By : Lynn From:
