Ingredients:
- 1 md Onion -- peeled & finely chopped
- 1 Celery stalk; finely diced
- 1 Garlic clove; finely minced
- 1/2 c Butter
- 3/4 ts Curry powder
- 1 c Rice uncooked
- 2 c Chicken broth
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Black pepper
- 1/4 c Raisins
- 1/2 c Oregon hazelnuts -- toasted & chopped Saut‚ onions and celery in butter until tender and translucent about
