Dilled squash
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Vegetable oil + -1/2 inch thick
- 2 ts Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Salt;
- 1 c Onions; chopped 1/8 ts Pepper;
- 1 cl Garlic; minced 1 ts Dill weed;
- 4 c Yellow summer squash; sliced
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic cook until onions start to brown. Add squash and mix well with onions. Sprinkle with salt pepper and dill over squash. Cover and cook stirring frequently for 10 minutes or until squash is just tender-crisp. Per serving: 2g protein 9g fat 9g carb. 275mg sodium 0mg chol. 122 calories.
