Creamy tomato & basil sauce for pasta
Yield: 6 Servings MMM
Ingredients:
- 6 Roma tomatoes
- 4 tb Fresh basil; chopped
- 1/2 ts Garlic; minced
- 3 tb Cream Salt Pepper
- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese Parsley; minced
Instructions:
for garnish Roma tomatoes; chopped for ~ garnish Puree tomatoes and basil leaves in a blender. Heat in a saucepan with garlic cream and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over freshly-cooked fresh pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and chopped tomatoes.
