Ingredients:
- 4 oz Salt pork diced
- 2 tb Flour
- 1 Medium head red cabbage
- 1/2 c Chopped onion
- 1/2 c Dry red wine
- 1/8 ts Ground pepper
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350'. Cook and stir salt pork in Dutch oven over medium heat until crisp; add onion. Cook and stir until onion is tender. Stir in flour. Remove from heat. Coarsely shred cabbage. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and bake until cabbage is tender about 1 hour. Season with salt if desired.
