Cauliflower with potatoes
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 md Potatoes; boiled cooled & 1/4 ts Turmeric; -- diced 1/4 ts Cayenne;
- 1 sm Head cauliflower; cut into 1 Green chili; chopped -- florets 1/2 ts Cumin seeds; roasted &
- 5 tb Vegetable oil; -- ground
- 1 ts Cumin seeds; 1 ts Salt;
- 1 ts Cumin; ground Pepper; to taste
- 1/2 ts Coriander;
Instructions:
Soak cauliflower florets in water for 30 minutes. Drain & set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over a medium heat until hot. Add the cumin seeds & let then sizzle for a few seconds. Add the cauliflower stir it about for 2 minutes. Cover turn heat to low & cook for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes ground cumin corainder turmeric cayenne chili roasted cumin salt & pepper.
