Charcoal grilled shiitakes
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Shiitakes
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 1 tb Tamari
- 1 tb Garlic crushed
- 1 ts Rosemary minced Salt & black pepper
- 1 ts Maple syrup
- 1 ts Sesame oil
Instructions:
otional Rinse mushrooms. Remove & discard stems. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred. Serve hot.
