Cheesy scalloped potates

Ingredients:
- 4 Potatoes Boiled Peeled : Before Boiling
- 15 oz Evaporated Milk Skim
- 1 cn Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 14 c Onions Raw Chopped
- 1 c Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
