Broccoli with mustard dressing
Yield: 3 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 c Broccoli cut into florets
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1 tb Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tb Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Cut broccoli into flowerettes peel stem cut into diagonal pieces. Steam for 6-7 minutes until just tender crisp. meanwhile in serving dish whisk remaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is cooked drain and toss into dressing.
