Bell pepper slaw
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 c Thinly sliced green cabbage
- 2 c Red bell pepper julienned
- 1/4 c Cider vinegar
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Celery seeds
- 1/4 ts Pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Makes 6 1 cup servings. Posted by Carolyn Shaw
