Red hot spicy buffalo wings
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 Lb Chicken wings
- 1/2 c Red Hot cayenne pepper : sauce
- 1/3 c Melted butter
Instructions:
Split wings and discard tips. Deep fry wings @ 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until cooked; drain. In bowl combine Red Hot & butter. Toss wings in sauce to coat. serve with vegetable sticks & dressing. For equally crispy wings: Broil or grill wings 30 to 45 minutes turning often until cooked. Then toss in Red Hot & butter.
