Mr. food's pork skillet- 11/13/95
Yield: 4 Servings *
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Butter
- 4 Pork chops -- 3/4-inch Thick
- 1 Medium-sized onion -- Chopped
- 1 Garlic clove -- minced
- 1 cn Italian tomatoes -- (14 1/2 Ounces)
- 1 ts Italian seasoning
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Black pepper
Instructions:
In a large skillet melt the butter over medium-high heat and brown the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the chops from the skillet and cover to keep warm. Add the onion bell pepper and garlic to the skillet and saute for 3-5 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Stir in the tomatoes Italian seasoning salt and black pepper. Return the pork chops to the skillet; reduce the heat to low cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the chops are cooked through. Recipe By : Source: WKBWTV
