Vegetarian burger
Yield: 6 Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Broccoli chopped
- 1/4 c Onion chopped
- 1/2 c Carrot chopped
- 2 tb Parsley fresh minced
- 2 tb Basil fresh minced
- 1 ea Garlic clove minced
- 1/4 ts Celery seeds
- 1 ts Sesame oil
- 1 ts Lite soymilk
- 1 c Basmatic rice cooked
- 1 tb Sesame seeds
- 1 tb Cracked wheat germ
Instructions:
In a food processor blend together the broccoli onion carrot parsley basil garlic celery seeds oil & soymilk. Add the rice & blend until the mixture resembles a coarse paste. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sesame seeds & wheatgerm. Form into 6 patties & cook either on a foil covered grill or in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
