Vada
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Moong dal
- 1/2 c Urad dal
- 1 Onion
- 2 ts Coriander
- 1 Green chili
- 1/2 ts Chili powder
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Ginger
- 1/4 ts Baking soda
Instructions:
Soak urad dal and moong dal for 2-3 hours. Grind dals into a coarse paste. Add finely chopped onion salt coriander powder chili powder OR green chili ginger and soda.
