Navrathna kurma
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 100 g Paneer (or cottage cheese)
- 2 c Mixed boiled vegetables
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 1 ts Ginger and garlic paste
- 1 1/2 ts Chilli powder
- 1/2 ts Turmeric powder
- 2 ts Coriander powder
- 1 ts Garam Masala
- 1 c Milk
- 3 ts Fresh cream
- 3 ts Ghee
Instructions:
To taste salt Ghee for deep frying 1. Grate the onions 2. Put the tomatoes in hot water . After 10 minutes take off the skin and chop 3. Cut the paneer into small pieces and deep fry in ghee. 4. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the onions for a few minutes 5. Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1/2 minute. 6. Add the chopped tomatoes turmeric powder coriander powder and chilli powder Garam Masala and salt. Fry for at-least 3 to 4 minutes. 7. Add the boiled vegetables milk cream and fried paneer pieces 8. Cook for a few minutes * Serve hot decorated with silver foil. Recipe By : Somesh Rao
