Nimbu rice
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Rice
- 2 tb Oil
- 1 ts Mustard seeds
- 1 ts Urad dal
- 1 ts Chana dal
- 1 Cashews; handful
- 1 Raisins; handful
- 1 pn Turmeric
- 1 c Mixed vegetables
- 1 Lemon
Instructions:
Cook rice. Heat oil and add all other ingredients except for the lemon. Fry as appropriate. Mix stuff in pan with rice. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the rice. Rajeev Krishnamoorthy rajeev@twain.EE.CORNELL.EDU
