Hot garlic sauce
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 tb Onion minced
- 2 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 ts Shrimp paste (blachan)
- 1 tb Hot chili minced
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Sugar
Instructions:
Heat wok and when hot saute garlic and onion in oil. Add the clachan chili salt and sugar. Continue to cook until sauce is well blended stirring constantly. Store in air-tight jar until ready for use. Yields: 1/2 cup
