Vinaigrette [salad dressing]
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 2 ts Honey
- 1 tb Dijon mustard
- 2 tb Oil
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 c Water
Instructions:
Salt & pepper to taste In a covered jar combine all ingredients and shake well. Refrigerate until needed. Serve on mixed salad greens.
