Poached eggs

Ingredients:
- 2 c Water
- 1/2 ts White vinegar
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1. Combine water
Instructions:
vinegar and salt in a deep 1-quart heat- resistant non-metallic casserole. 2. Heat uncovered in Microwave Oven 1 1/2 minutes or until water mixture comes to a boil. 3. Carefully break eggs 1 at a time into the liquid. 4. Heat covered with plastic wrap in Microwave Oven 1 minute. 5. Let stand covered 1 minute or until eggs reach desired degree of doneness.
