Ingredients:
- 1/2 ea Stick butter
- 1/4 c Minced onion
- 1 1/4 c Cider vinegar
- 1 1/4 c Ketchup
- 3/4 c Brown sugar
- 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
Instructions:
-Salt and pepper to taste Saute onion in butter. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Use on pork smoked with vinegar based mop.
