Korean steak marinade
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Soy sauce
- 2 Cloves -
- 1 ts Ginger freshly grated
- 3 tb Sherry
- 1 ts Brown sugar
- 1 tb Catsup -dashes -
- 1 tb Hoisin sauce
- 2 Green onions chopped (with -green)
- 1 tb Sesame oil
Instructions:
-drops - -garlic crushed (large -cloves!) -tabasco (or hot oil or -cayenne) -Liquid Smoke (if not to be -charcoal grilled) Marinate for half an hour and grill basting with marinade if desired. *-* I've marinated T-bones and beef kabobs in this and grilled 'em on the Farberware indoor grill in the dead of winter (using the drops of Liquid Smoke). Tasted like a slice of summer! ;}}} For outdoor grilling just omit the Liquid Smoke. Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.20
