-drops - -garlic crushed (large -cloves!) -tabasco (or hot oil or -cayenne) -Liquid Smoke (if not to be -charcoal grilled) Marinate for half an hour and grill basting with marinade if desired. *-* I've marinated T-bones and beef kabobs in this and grilled 'em on the Farberware indoor grill in the dead of winter (using the drops of Liquid Smoke).
