Bulgogi (marinated sirloin steak)
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Sirloin Steak (cut into thin -strips)
- 2 tb Sesame Oil
- 2 tb Cooking Sherry
- 2 tb Sugar
- 1/3 c Soy Sauce
- 1 lg Onion
- 2 Or 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 ts Pepper
Instructions:
Mince garlic and chop onion (finely). Mix all ingredients with the steak strips. Let marinate for 1 hour room temp. or 2 hours refrigerated. Broil until done to your liking. Serve over rice. It says it makes 4 servings but it's never enough for us. I always double it.
