Blackberry pie (nz)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 c Blackberries
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tb Sugar
- 2 tb Flour
- 1/2 ts Butter
Instructions:
Crushed biscuits OR: Cake crumbs 1. Add the blackberries and the juice of the lemon to a pot with 1 cup of water. Cook thoroughly sugaring to taste. 2. When cold put into a pie dish and sprinkle with sugar and flour and add the butter. 3. Cover with the crushed biscuits and cook in a moderate to hot oven for 30 minutes.
