Paksiw na isda (fish in vinegar sauce)
Yield: 4 Servings MMM
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Fish slices (rainbow trout -salmon - milkfish)
- 1/2 c Vinegar
- 3 ea - 4 clove garlic; minced
- 2 ts Ginger; sliced
- 1 ea Hot chili pepper; optional
- 1/4 c Water
Instructions:
Salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients together in a glass cooking pan or a stainless steel pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat then reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish. Serves 4.
