Malaysian tea
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 8 c Boiling water
- 4 Bags green tea or
- 8 ts Loose green tea leaves
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 1/4 ts Ground cardamon
- 2 tb Sugar or other sweetener
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a teapot and allow to steep for 2 minutes or to taste. Serve alone or with slivered almonds. Source: Vegetarian Journal Sep/Oct 1996
