Raspberry lemon smoothie
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Boiling water
- 8 Lemon herbal tea bags
- 2 c Pineapple juice
- 1 pt Raspberry sherbet
Instructions:
Lemon slices (opt.) In a teapot pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and steep for 5 minutes. Remove bags. Chill tea. In a blender process the tea pineapple juice and sherbet until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with lemon if desired. Source: Taste of Home mag June/July 1996
