Shrimp fettucine
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 oz Bleu cheese
- 1/4 c Parsley finely chopped
- 2 Clove garlic minced
- 2 tb Half n half
- 1 lb Cooked shelled shrimp
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 4 Scallons finely chopped
- 1/3 c Dry white wine
Instructions:
Black pepper With cheeses at room temperature combine with wine and half n half in a 2 qt casserole. Add seasoning and shrimp. Bake at 375 degrees until heated through about 20 minutes. Toss with cooked fettucine.
