Tofu with broccoli
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 ts Brown sugar
- 4 ts Tamari
- 2 tb Vegetable oil
- 2 ea Garlic cloves
- 1 ts Minced ginger
- 1 c Firm tofu cubed
- 1/4 c Water
- 2 c Broccoli chopped
- 2 ea Scallions
Instructions:
chopped Jasmine rice Dissolve sugar in tamari & set aside. In a wok heat oil over medium high heat. Stir fry ginger & garlic for 1 minute. Add tofu & water & cook for 2 minutes. Add tamari mixture to the wok & cook for 1 minute. Add broccoli & cook until tender-crisp. Mix in scallions & serve hot over rice.
