Sweet & sour fish sauce (nam pla prig)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 md Clove Garlic Finely Chopped
- 1 tb Hot Red Chili Or Cayenne -Pepper Flakes Crushed
- 6 tb Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 c Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)
- 1/2 c White Sugar
- 1 c Warm Water
Instructions:
Yield: 1 3/4 Cups Of Sauce Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Serve at room temperature.
