Sour cream broiled tomatoes
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 Tomatoes; large firm ripe
- 1/2 c Sour cream
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1 ts Parsley
- 1/2 ts Basil
- 2 ts Flour
- 1 ts Sugar; granulated
Instructions:
Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Squeeze gently to remove juice and seeds. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients together. Spread over tomatoes. Broil about 2 minutes more until tinged a golden color. Serves: 8
