Speciality casserole
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1/2 c Chopped onion
- 8 oz Cream cheese cubed
- 10 1/2 oz Cream of mushroom soup can -ned condensed
- 12 oz Whole kernel corn can -drained
- 2 oz Jar pimiento drained & -chopped
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ds Pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large heat-resistant non-metallic bowl brown meat uncovered in Microwave Oven 4 minutes. Stir occasionally to break up meat chunks. 2. Drain excess fat. 3. Add onions and heat uncovered in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until onion is tender. 4. Add remaining ingredients to meat mixture. Pour into a shallow 2-quart heat-resistant non-metallic baking dish. 5. Heat uncovered in Microwave Oven 9 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
