Paprika pork patties

Ingredients:
- 6 ea Servings
- 6 lg Garlic cloves
- 1/4 lb Bacon diced
- 6 tb Ice water
- 4 ts Sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1 ts Hot Hungarian paprika
- 3/4 ts Coarse salt
- 1/2 ts Black pepper
- 1/2 ts Ground allspice
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1/2 c Chopped drained sauerkraut
Instructions:
With processor running drop garlic through feed tube and mince. Add next 7 ingredients and process until thick paste forms. Add pork and combine using on/off turns Add sauerkraut and just mix in. With moistened hands shape sausage into six 3/4-inch-thick patties; arrange on plate. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sausage patties and cook until brown and just cooked through about 6 minutes per side. PAPRIKA PORK PATTIES
