Perfect jasmine rice

Ingredients:
- 2 c Jasmine rice
- 2 1/2 c ;water

Instructions:
Rinse rice in cool water and drain. In a deep saucepan bring rice and water to a boil over high heat. Cover reduce heat to low and simmer until rice is tender about 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
