Nora pouillon's lemongrass sorbet
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 lg Stalks lemongrass crushed -and sliced
- 1 One-inch piece of ginger
Instructions:
-root In a small saucepan bring 4 cups water to a boil with the sugar lemongrass and ginger. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temp. Strain and chill. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
