Ma hoa (galloping horses)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Oil vegetable
- 4 tb Onion red; chopped fine
- 2 tb Garlic cloves; chopped fine
- 1 lb Pork lean; minced
- 2 tb Fish sauce (Nam Pla)
- 1/2 ts Pepper white ground
- 1 tb Sugar granulated
- 1 c Peanuts roasted unsalted -ground
- 1 lg Pineapple; fresh
Instructions:
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Saute' onion and garlic 1 minute. Add pork fish sauce pepper sugar. Stir well and cook over moderate heat 10 minutes. Stir in the peanuts and remove from heat. Arrange pineapple slices on individual plates and spoon a portion of the pork into each. Garnish with chili peppers and coriander leaves.
