Fresh cucumber pickle (ajad)
Yield: 3 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 tb Rice vinegar 2 sm Shallots; finely chopped
- 2 ts Sugar 1 sm Carrot; finely chopped
- 1/2 ts Salt 1 sm Red or green chili
- 1 oz Cucumber; finely chopped -- finely chopped
Instructions:
