Tipsy sweet potatoes

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 c Cooked mashed - sweet potatoes
• 4 tb Butter; soft
• 1/2 c Firmly packed - light brown sugar Pinch of salt
• 1/3 c Jack Daniel's whiskey

Instructions:

Pecan halves - or marshmallow for topping Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with pecan halves or marshmallows. Bake 20 minutes until bubbly. Makes 6 to 8 servings but be careful everyone will want seconds!
