Yam vietnam (spicy shrimp & pork salad)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ts Coriander seeds; ground
- 3 Garlic cloves; minced
- 1 ts Fresh ground black pepper
- 3 tb Vinegar
- 3 tb Lime or lemon juice
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1/4 ts Dried ground chili peppers
- 2 c Cooked pork; cubed small
- 1 lb Cooked shrimp; diced small
- 1 Cucumber; peeled and sliced
- 1 ts Mint
Instructions:
Combine in a bowl the coriander garlic pepper vinegar lime juice salt sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork shrimp and cucumber. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with the mint. From AOL June 1993.
