Thit nuong uop ngu vi huong (pork tenderloin)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 lb Pork tenderloin cut lengthwi -se into 5 or 6 strips
- 1 c Soy sauce
- 1 tb "five spices"
- 1 ts Chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tb Sugar granulated
- 2 ts Cooking oil Marinate the pork for 1 hour at room temperature. Charcoal broil until golden. The marinade can be refrigerated and reused each time adding
