Skewered cheese balls
Yield: 24 Appetizers
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Cream cheese
- 1/2 c Finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Form cheese into 24 balls about 1 inch round. Roll in parsley. Skewer on long bamboo picks. Refrigerate on waxed paper-lined tray covered for at least 2 hours or overnight. Makes 24 appetizers. *Substitute finely chopped nuts a mixture of dill and parsley or a mixture of equal parts celery seed and coarsely ground black pepper.
