Petti di pollo alla bolognese
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 chicken breasts*
- 1 tb Butter
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 2 sl Cooked ham
- 2 tb Grated parmesan
- 1 ts Parsley
- 1/4 c Chicken broth
Instructions:
*Can also be made with veal Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan. Brown the chicken on both sides. Put a slice of ham on each 1/2 breast. Springle with parmesan parsley. Pour the chicken broth in the pan. Cover let simmer for five minutes. Submitted By MARTIN DELISLE
