Quick sesame ginger chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tb Sesame seeds toasted
- 1 tb Grated fresh gingerroot
- 3 tb Low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tb Honey
- 6 4 oz. skinned
Instructions:
