Egg foo young
Yield: 3 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 Eggs; beaten
- 1 tb Soy sauce
- 1 c Bean sprouts
- 1/8 ts Pepper white
- 1 tb Oil vegetable
- 1 ts Salt
- 2 Scallions; thinly sliced Oil vegetable; for frying
- 1 md Onions; minced
- 1/2 lb Shrimp; finely diced MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
- 2 tb Soy sauce
- 1 tb Sherry dry
- 1 tb Cornstarch
- 1 tb Cornstarch
Instructions:
Rinse bean sprouts in cold water. Heat oil in pan and add scallions onion & sprouts. Stir fry 1". Add cornstarch soy sauce shrimp salt & pepper. Mix well. Remove to dish & allow to cool. Combine with eggs. Heat 2 T oil in pan & ladle in 1/6 of egg mix. Fry til golden on both sides. Keep pancakes warm in low oven while making sauce.
