Dough for steamed buns
Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3/4 c Warm water
- 1/2 ea Ounce package dry yeast
- 2 ts Sugar
- 2 tb Oil
- 2 1/2 c Flour
Instructions:
MMMMM---------------------STEAMED BUN RECIPE-------------------------- In a measuring cup put in 3/4 cup warm water add yeast stir to dissolve and let stand for 1 minute until slightly foamy. Add sugar and oil and mix well. Put flour in fod processor fitted with metal blade. With machine running pour yeast mixture through feed tube in a steady stream. A ball of dough will form in about 10 seconds; if it doesn't add more water 1 tablespoon at a time. Check the dough; it should be soft-firm. Continue to process for another 60 seconds until the dough is very smooth and does not stick to your fingers. Dough for Steamed Buns:
