Broccoli-chedder stuffed potato

Ingredients:
- 10 oz Idaho potatoes
- 1/2 c Broccoli -- steamed and Chopped
- 1 tb Nonfat sour cream
- 3/4 oz Lowfat cheddar cheese --
Instructions:
