Wheat germ & oatmeal cookies

Ingredients:
- 3/4 c Vegetable oil
- 1 c Cane or sorghum molasses
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 2 ts Vanilla
- 1 c Raisins or -1/2 c. ea. -chopped nuts and raisins
- 1 1/2 c Wheat germ
- 2 c Rolled oats
- 3/4 c Whole wheat flour
- 3/4 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Dry milk powder
Instructions:
Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Sift in the remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Drop batter from a teaspoon (or larger spoon) onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.
