Soft & moist nut bread
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Water
- 3/4 c Cottage cheese
- 3/4 c Sour cream
- 3 tb Sugar
- 1 1/2 tb Butter
- 2 1/2 c White bread flour
- 2 ts Yeast
- 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
- 1 c Broken walnuts
- 1/3 c Quick cooking oats
- 1/2 c Raisins
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Soda
- 2 ts Cinnamon
Instructions:
Heat first 5 ingredients till lukewarm. Put remaining ingredients in pan add warmed ingredients and press start. This is a wonderful bread.
