Impossible chicken tamale pie
Yield: 6 Servings MMM
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 c Frozen corn thawed drained
- 1 pk Taco seasoning mix
- 1 c Shredded Jack/cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 c Milk
- 1 cn 4oz. green chilies chopped
- 3/4 c Bisquick
- 3 Eggs
Instructions:
Sour cream Shredded lettuce Heat oven to 400. Greese a 10 in. pie plate. Mix chicken corn and seasoning mix: spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with the chilies and cheese. Beat milk eggs and bisquick until all lumps are out. pour into greased pie plate. Bake 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool a bit and serve with the sour cream and shredded lettuce.
